About this place
Sukiya’s menu centres on gyudon, but there are plenty of ways to change up the flavour or style of a meal. Alongside the regular-size beef bowl, choices include green onion and egg, kimchi, grated daikon with ponzu, and grated yam with wasabi. There are also smaller options, such as mini gyudon light and the beef meal salad, for those looking for a lighter serving of rice.
For a change from gyudon, there is curry as well as other rice bowls, including minced tuna and grated yam with minced tuna. The range makes it easier for dining companions with different preferences to find something to suit them. One visitor said they ordered a beef bowl topped with eel and enjoyed the combination of eel sauce and gyudon sauce.
Breakfast is also on the menu, with tamago kake and maze-nokke dishes as a starting point, plus options paired with natto, a small serving of beef, or grilled salmon. The restaurant is open every day from 4:00 until 3:00 the following day, so it can accommodate anything from an early meal to a late-night bite.
